I don’t know if it is actionable for you or not, so just want to let you know that at least one of pager duty addresses is blocked in Russia.

Thanks for reaching out! This has been shared internally and, unfortunately, there is not much we can do if a Russian ISP is blocking our IPs but we will keep this in mind.
